Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! The Hanford House specializes in small intimate weddings and receptions of 25-50 guests. We offer 10 guest rooms including 3 suites on the second floor. The Hanford Room, complete with fireplace, is easily configured for your wedding. We can also install a dance floor and cater your reception. Our parlor is an excellent venue for a small wedding. We have a two night minimum stay when the wedding ceremony is scheduled for Saturday. Our recommendation is to have the wedding party check in on Friday evening to allow plenty of time for last minute preparations. Our breakfast times are flexible and refreshments are always available in our pantry. Your wedding party has exclusive use of the inn and parking is for guests checked into the inn.

RATES AND OPTIONS

Base Rate: $1,000.00+tax includes:

  • 4 hours of planning with our coordinator after booking (additional planning or decorating hours billed at $75/hour)
  • Set up for 30 guests in The Hanford Room (31-50 guests additional $20.00 per guest)
  • Chairs
  • Cake table with plates, linen napkins, & silverware
  • Reception table for guests to sign your guest book
  • Champagne glass set for Bride and Groom
  • Parlor Wedding for 30 guests $1500.00+Tax (31-50 Guests add $25.00 per guest)

Additional Options:

  • Champagne Toast with Clos Du Lac Sparkling Wine for 30 guests - $250.00 (champagne toast includes champagne flutes, for additional guests 31-50 add $5.00/per person )
  • Sparkling Cider Toast for 30 guests - $100.00

    Deposit:

  • 50% of Base Charges Required at time of Booking
  • 100% Due and Payable 7 days prior to Wedding

    If guests are paying for their own rooms, they are required to confirm with, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. One Night will be billed in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 31 days or more prior to the event 50% Refund,
  • 30 days A Refund in an amount covering any rental or catering charges plus $250 deposit.
